To ensure the smooth running of our schedule and provide optimal service, kindly note our cancellation and late policy: 1. **Cancellation within 24 hours:** If you need to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% service fee will be charged to the card on file. 2. **Late Arrival:** Your time is valuable, as is that of our other clients. A 9-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Beyond 10 minutes, a $20 late fee will be added to the appointment total. 3. **No Call/No Show:** Failure to communicate lateness or inability to attend constitutes a no-call/no-show. This is not tolerated. You have a 9-minute grace period; exceeding this results in being marked as a no-show. 4. **Booking Restrictions:** Future appointments cannot be scheduled until all outstanding fees, including late arrival fees, are settled. Communication is key—please notify us in case of emergencies or unforeseen changes. We appreciate your understanding, and we're always open to finding mutually beneficial solutions.
